Since the torso muscles referred to as the core, has minimal skeletal support, it must rely on the strength and stability provided by the multiple layers of abdominal wall musculature.
This is why we need a strong core! Here are some core exercises to try. In addition, the Nike Training Club has several core workouts 7-15 minutes or longer if you have the time.
