Short High Intensity Body Weight Training
I just finished this short cardio video after I warmed up with a couple of Zumba routines. Then, I cooked down with a short yoga routine. Try this! It is only 3 rounds of 4 twenty second exercises. It got my heart rate up and gave me a good sweat in only 6 minutes.
