Setting Goals

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. (Proverbs 16:3 NIV)

When setting fitness goals or life goals, we need to commit ourselves to the Lord and ask Him for godly wisdom. He can provide us a plan and help us soar to new heights. 

The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights...(Habakkuk 3:19 NIV)
