Train 2 Run

I did a make-up class today with Train 2 Run at Freeman Sports and Rehabilitation.  We did circuit training, including treadmill runs for 2.5 minutes at 7% incline.  I felt pretty good after the hour long work out and even swam 1000 yards later this afternoon.  I hope the training will help me PR this year in some races this year.
